Mildred E. Warner is a professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning and in the Department of Global Development at Cornell University. Jason Reece is an associate professor of city and regional planning at the Knowlton School and Vice Provost for Urban Research & Community Engagement in the Office of Academic Affairs at Ohio State University.
