Diana holds a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Sciences, specializing in Cultural Anthropology, English Literature, and Economic & Social History. This background has greatly influenced her storytelling, allowing her to create immersive worlds and characters that resonate with readers.

She lives with her husband in the picturesque southern region of Baden-Württemberg, Germany, working as a professional graphic designer and project manager in the marketing department of a cancer research-focused clinical research organisation.

In 2013, she decided to fully pursue her life-long passion for writing and storytelling after not finding enough science-fiction books written by women and featuring complex female main protagonists. This eventually lead to the creation of her Cadet Chronicles series.
