COMPLACENT CAPYBARAS AND OTHER STORIES is a collection of three short stories.

"Burial Grounds" features a game hunter, Mr. Grey, who has exceeded his hunting limit and must face the wrath of a terrifying creature of the forest, Lenny. Mr. Grey starts to see the true intentions behind this creature after a ride in his car.

"Patient Zero" is a post-apocalyptic tale of two survivors, Calum and Fletcher, who reminisce about the world before it fell. Calum and Fletch discuss what survivors are nicknaming the apocalypse.

"Complacent Capybaras" views the outbreak of a virus from the perspective of two capybaras. Socks and Laurie are stuck inside their enclosure at a zoo but face little to no impact on their daily life until one day they notice a figure stumbling through the zoo.
