Xiao-Ling Zhao is Head of Civil Engineering at Monash University, Australia and Chairman of IIW (International Institute of Welding) Subcommission XV-E on "Tubular Structures".

Lin-Hai Han is Professor of Structural Engineering at Tsinghua University, China. He is Vice-President of the China Society of Fire Protection on Steel Construction and Vice-President of the China Society on Steel-Concrete Composite Construction.

Hui Lu is a bridge engineer at Pitt & Sherry Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia and holds a PhD in civil engineering.
