It is the third narration of the series of novels of the history of Islam, along with the novels "The Girl of Kairouan" and "Abdul Rahman Al -Nasser" in which Zidane deals with the period of Islamic rule extending in Andalusia. This narration includes a statement on Spanish history before the Islamic conquest, with a description of the prevailing social and political conditions among its people during the rule of the Goths. The novel also deals with the historical facts that witnessed the conquest of Andalusia by Commander Tariq bin Ziyad. The novel began by recounting the conditions of Spain after King Roderredk assumed power after the referee was forcibly taken from Alfons, the son of Sultan Ghitsha, and his attempt to remove him from his fiancée, Florenda, the daughter of the ruler of Ceuta. Florenda, a sincere believer girl in her love for her fiancé, who rejects the king more than once and is able to escape his grip and siege to start a series of interesting events that the writer loves you in a smooth manner whispering the breath of the reader. Despite the centrality of Tariq bin Ziyad's character as a historical figure, the narrative championship was Nassib Florenda, the daughter of Count Julian, and her fiancé, the son of the king of the Goths.
