Rita, Yi Man Li received her degree from the University of Hong Kong. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Finance, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, and is also the director of the Sustainable Real Estate Research Center and HKSYU Real Estate and Economics Research Lab at the same institution. She has published five books and over 200 academic papers. Her research interests include real-estate economics and finance, sustainable building, and construction safety.
