This book includes four fields namely, Community Psychology, Humanistic Psychology, Environmental Psychology and Population Psychology. All these fields had their origins almost at the same time around 1960s as the offshoot of the criticisms levelled against the dominent schools of Psychology, the Behaviourism and the Psychoanalysis in the United States. Based upon the criticisms, a group of revolutionary thinkers and collected evidences to dislodge the importance of the existing dominent schools and planned to formulate some new systems of thinking. This venture was stated as the Third revolution in the Mental Health Tradition by the Community Psychologists and the third force by the Humanistic Psychologists. All these four fields of psychology are presented in this book with nine experiments. The author has written this book with his vast experience and knowledge gained through many years of rigorous research work and he has invigorated it with all salient features of the four fields, though in concise form. This book is supposed to be the first of its kind in the psychological world. Enormous amount of new interesting information in an exciting manner are presented in this book. This book would certainly serve as a textbook and also as a reference work to the academic world of the Indian Universities.
