Dr. Naeem Hayat is working as a senior research fellow at the Global Entrepreneurship Research and Innovation Centre (GERIC). University Malaysia Kelantan, Kota Baharu, Malaysia. Dr. Naeem Hayat completed his doctorate in Entrepreneurship in 2021. Before pursuing the Ph.D., Naeem Hayat worked in academia for more than ten years at higher educational institutions in Pakistan. Dr. Naeem completed his post-graduation (MSc HRM) from Napier University, Edinburgh, UK. And MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Islamia University, Pakistan.
Before joining academia, he worked in the consumer banking industry of Pakistan. He worked as a Lecturer at The University of Faisalabad, Faisalabad, from 2010-2011. He later joined the GIFT University, Pakistan, as an Assistant Professor of HRM (2011-2018). He is a graduate member of CIPD, UK. His research interests include organizational studies, business administration, entrepreneurship, adoption behavior, and human resources management.His work has been published in Technology in Society; Sustainability, International Journal of Sustainable Agriculture and Informatics, Vine International Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, International Journal of Advanced Science and Technology, and International Journal of Healthcare Management. He published 70 plus research articles and book chapters as well. He is also working in editorial broads in many International Journals. He is passionate about teaching and learning.
He conducts training in research writing, data analysis, case writing, and teaching. Naeem delivers research talks and training in Pakistan, Malaysia, China, and Bangladesh. He also worked as a book editor for Springer Books, Guest editor for the Sustainability (MDPI) special issue, and editorial board member in a web of science Journals. Naeem is also the managing editor for the International Journal of Entrepreneurship Case Studies (IJECS). He also secured international funding and managed projects worth more than USD 10,000.
Noorshella Che Nawi currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business and holds the position of Deputy Dean (Academic) at the Malaysian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship and Business (MGSEB), UMK. Moreover, she acts as an Associate Fellow for the ANGKASA-UMK Research Academy (AURA), UMK. With over twelve years of expertise in teaching and learning across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (Industrial Computing) (Honors) and a Master of Science (Quality and Productivity Improvement) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Notably, her doctoral degree was obtained from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.
Noorshella has significantly contributed to SCOPUS and Web of Science-indexed publications. Her research endeavors have been recognized with over thirty international and national research grants, supporting various entrepreneurship projects. She takes the lead in two women entrepreneurship projects sponsored by the European Commission and the Korean Government.
