This scientific study is concerned with monitoring "contemporary literary criticism" in its aesthetic/philosophical foundations, and its approaches to describing and analyzing literary creations. We look at critical efforts - throughout their long history - since Aristotle and his book "Poetics" - to what critics produce in various cultures and various locations in our current time - as the product of "one tribe" that has directed all its energies to achieve a basic goal, which is: revealing... On the aesthetics of literary creativity... This common (unified) goal may differ in the means of individuals and groups (associations) in reaching it and in describing its features, and yet the goal remains constant. Thus, the author presented - within contemporary limits - the two approaches that formed the most important features of modern literary criticism: stylistic - and structural, taking care to place each of them in its own framework, and to define the active nouns, and because the critical approach, such as: the literary phenomenon - does not appear suddenly, but rather precedes it. There are promising, revealing signs, and it does not end suddenly, but rather leaves its effects - or some of them - in the monetary efforts it leaves behind.
