The Govt. of China, being the country where an outbreak took place have grossly violated WHO regulations of making timely notification and information sharing obligations by suppressing material facts from WHO and the World. It also raises an important question of China's vicious act in spreading this biological war (China violated the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), which came into force on March 26, 1975) and law suit filed by various countries and explains the grounds & legal prudence behind the same.
