Autorenporträt
Jeanne Ketola is the owner of Pathway Consulting, LLC. She has more than 20 years of business experience in a wide range of industries as a manager, consultant, trainer, and third party auditor. She specializes in developing quality management systems from scratch, resulting in successful ISO registrations. Ketola is a former five-time Minnesota Quality Award Examiner, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and certified, RAB Quality Management Systems Auditor. She is a trained management coach and an active member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group to Technical Committee 176 that writes the standard. She is also the former secretary of the ANSI Z1 Executive Committee, which is responsible for all actions relating to national quality standards. Ketola has written many articles on the topic of ISO 9001 which appeared in Quality Digest, Quality Progress, Springs, and The Informed Outlook. She is also a national speaker on the topic and is the author of three international best sellers, ISO 9000:2000 In a Nutshell, ISO 9001:2000 Management Responsibility In a Nutshell and Correct, Prevent, Improve! She co-authored "The BEST Audit Checklist," a CD Rom to assist auditors in audit preparation.
