The girl shows him features of intelligence, acumen, and wide imagination mixed with extreme sensitivity. A distinct relationship develops between them, prompting them to ask existential questions about themselves and the surrounding world, and the feeling of paternal kindness and tenderness develops into a feeling of love that collides with reality.
