MICHAEL POLOWETZKY was born in London, England. He has also lived in Japan, France, Israel and the United States. Now a US citizen, he received as advanced degree in French history from New York University and has also studied at the Archives Nationales in Paris, France. Mr. Polowetzky has previously published three other books.
