Shani Carter is a Professor of Business at the Nicolais School of Business at Wagner College, Staten Island, NY, USA. Dr. Carter teaches strategic human resources, entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. She has published more than 30 articles and conference proceedings on training methods, factors of cognitive ability, affect, skill certification, measurement, student learning outcomes assessment, coefficient alpha, skills shortages, diversity, gender, and government labor force projections.
