Sudhanshu Das (Ph.D.) is a seasoned patent searcher. His unique combination of research background, patent search & analytics, and an unstoppable can-do mentality has been an asset in his ability to overcome many obstacles. He has worked as a senior manager in IP and R&D division (IPR&D) at a multinational company in Gurugram, India. He is well-versed with the Patent Laws of the US, EP, and India. He has vast experience and expertise in operation management wherein he has worked on numerous projects, including Prior Art Searches, Invalidity/ Validity Searches, Freedom to Operate Analysis, State of Art Searches, Due Diligence, Sequence Searching, and Technical Analysis. He is currently mentoring, coaching, and guiding several young entrepreneurs, aspiring students, and patent professionals on various patent search projects.
