In an attempt to understand humanities talent for creativity Lotharious tortures his victims and finds himself addicted to their fear. Falling in love with an exquisitely beautiful woman, however, causes him to reconsider many things, including the value of a life. Standing in the way of their eternal bliss is a Vampire hunter (Marious Ambros) who was created by similar methods. Unbeknownst to Lotharious he's on a collision course with this hunter and his future will depend upon the outcome of their encounter.
