Tim Owen is Senior Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. His recent books include Social Theory and Human Biotechnology and Reconstructing Postmodernism: Critical Debates (co-edited with Jason L. Powell), and his main research interest lies in building bridges between the biological and social sciences.
