Natalia Andreassen is Associate Professor in Organization and Management at the Nord University Business School, Norway. Her research focuses on issues of coordination and organization with special focus on emergency management. She conducts research at the High North Center of Business and Governance. Odd Jarl Borch is Professor of Strategy at the Nord University, Bodo, Norway. He received his M.Sc. from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in 1979, and his PhD from Umea University in Sweden in 1990. He has a Master Mariner education from Bodin Maritime Academy.
