Dipl.-Ing. Robert Knippschild ist Raumplaner und arbeitet als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am IÖR Dresden. Arbeitsschwerpunkte: Kooperationsprozesse in Raumordnung und Stadtplanung. Er promoviert über grenzüberschreitende Städtekooperationen.
