Jham Lal is author and Ph.D. research scholar from Central Agricultural University, Imphal, India. H. S. Mogalekar is Assistant Professor at College of Fisheries in Dholi, Bihar, India. He has been awarded with a Ph.D. from Department of Fisheries Biology and Resource Management, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Fisheries University, Thoothukudi, India.
