For over 50,000 years the first nations people were the masters of Australia. Two hundred and fifty years ago that changed when Captain James Cook stepped ashore. Cook wasn't the first to sight the Australian continent; there had been many others from both Europe and Asia, but some say it was almost two thousand years before that there had been the first real invasion.

Autorenporträt
Starshipwriter is a pen name chosen to reflect the author's passion for space exploration, science fiction, and adventure. The name also pays homage to the infinite possibilities of the cosmos.

Background: Growing up with a lifelong fascination with science fiction, Starshipwriter began writing stories as a teenager.

How it all began: Subterranean was my first book and is based on an actual experience. Well almost... there really was a Bushby Hall. It was torn down many years ago but briefly in the late summer of my fourteenth year the old house made an impression that has lasted throughtout my life. I never did find out what was behind the two bricked up arches and to put my mind to rest I had to create what could have been and as they say... the rest is history.
