Dr. João Manuel R. S. Tavares graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade do Porto, Portugal, in 1992. He also earned his M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Universidade do Porto in 1995 and 2001, and attained his Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. He is Senior Researcher at the Instituto de Ciência e Inovação em Engenharia Mecânica e Engenharia Industrial (INEGI) and Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering (DEMec) of the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP). João Tavares is a co-editor of more than 60 books and co-author of more than 50 book chapters, 650 articles in international and national journals and conferences, and 3 international and 3 national patents. Additionally, he has been (co-)supervisor of several M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis and supervisor of several post-doc projects and has participated in many scientific projects both as a researcher and as a scientific coordinator. Dr. Paramartha Dutta is presently Professor in the Department of Computer and System Sciences of Visva Bharati University, West Bengal, India and did his Bachelors and Masters in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, in the years 1988 and 1990, respectively. After that, he completed his Masters in Technology in Computer Science in 1993 from the same Institute. Prof. Dutta served in various research projects funded by the Govt. of India as Research Scientist in Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta, and Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur. Prof. Dutta has about 240 research papers published to his credit in different peer-reviewed international and national journals as well as proceedings of reputed international and national conferences along with a few book chapters. He has authored eight books and has thirteen edited books published. In recognition to his vibrant research capability, he has more than fifteen invited lectures/talks to his credit. Dr. Soumi Dutta is Associate Professor at Institute of Engineering & Management, India. She has completed her Ph.D. (CST), IIEST, Shibpur. She received her B.Tech. (IT) and M.Tech. (CSE) securing 1st position (Gold medalist), from MAKAUT. She is certified as Publons Academy Peer Reviewer, 2020, and Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, 2020. Her research interests are data mining, information retrieval, online social media analysis, and image processing. She has published many conferences and journal papers in Springer, IEEE, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis, etc. She has 2 Book Chapters in Taylor & Francis Group and IGI Global. She is a peer reviewer and TPC member in different international journals. She was the editor in CIPR2019, IEMIS2018 for 3 volumes, SI 2 volumes in IJWLTT, IEMIS 2020, CIPR 2020, and CIIR 2021. She is the member of several technical functional bodies such as IEEE, IFERP, MACUL, SDIWC,Internet Society, ICSES, ASR, AIDASCO, USERN, IRAN, and IAENG. She has published 3 patents. Dr. Debabrata Samanta is presently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, in the area of SAR Image Processing. He is keenly interested in interdisciplinary research & development and has experience spanning fields of SAR image analysis, video surveillance, heuristic algorithm for image classification, deep learning framework for detection and classification, blockchain, statistical modelling, wireless ad hoc network, natural language processing, and V2I communication. He has published 9 books. He has edited 1 book available on GOOGLE BOOK server. He has authored and co-authored of 18 book chapters. He also serves as an acquisition editor for Springer, Wiley, CRC, Scrivener Publishing LLC, Beverly, USA, and Elsevier. He is Professional IEEE Member, Life Member of Computer Society of India (CSI) and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
