The main character's primary function was to keep the world's financial system safe with the tools devised for the purpose of tracking transactions as they occurred. Success or failure depended on having the latest means available for tracing those transactions.

The author spent over 30 of the 40 years on the job as a member of IT. Throughout my entire profession face to face communication was the only way to determine what needs had to be addressed. The most important client was right in front of me and title meant nothing. A solution as quick as possible was the priority. During my thirty plus years in IT, I interfaced with every IT department that existed. I learned its strengths and weaknesses.
