Professor Lent shares his profound experience from successfully realised projects with co-researchers and students at the University of Applied Sciences in Bern, Switzerland, National Defense University in Warsaw, Poland, University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, Poland and Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand. He has authored 6 books, edited 3 monographies, authored and co-authored about 60 publications and 10 patents primarily on project management. As a professional, he advocates the crucial role of human factor in project management, balanced with administrative (formulaic) processes.
