Tracey Lindberg, of the Kelly Lake Cree Nation, co-authored Discovering Indigenous Lands: The Doctrine of Discovery in the English Colonies. Her novel, Birdie, was published by Harper Collins. David Brundage, a retired professor at Athabasca University, is the co-author of Acting on Words: An Integrated Rhetoric, Reader, and Handbook.
