Autorenporträt
Stuart Beaton was born and raised in south London. Growing up, he developed an interest in military history, an addiction to heavy metal and a thoroughly unhealthy fascination for horror fiction. As punishment for being bad in a former life, he spent over forty years working for "the Man" before retirement allowed him to dedicate more time to painting little toy soldiers, watching monster movies and writing. Stuart is married, with two children and a lively German Spitz called Maisie.
