For more than 23 years, Rajinder Prabhakar managed several diverse and challenging corporate assignments in multiple countries, holding senior management positions at some of the top companies in the corporate world. Born into an armed forces family - his father fought the 1971 war against Pakistan - he has had the privilege of viewing the military life from the inside, which has also fuelled his interest in fitness, adventure and sports. A few years ago, Rajinder decided to take a break from the corporate world to successfully run a wildlife resort for two years in Pench National Park, where he finished writing Deadly Shadows.
Rajinder has two sons, who are his best friends and whom he considers to be his best teachers.
