L.I Martins has been writing since 1998. Her body of work includes several short stories, poetry and screenplays in various genres. Over the past thirty years, she has lived in three continents, - Africa, Europe and The Americas. Her work, though mostly fiction, usually has elements of cultures found in the three continents.

A full-time writer since 2016, publishing her first book in 2019. She now lives in Toronto Canada.
