Autorenporträt
Hi, my name is John Bolstridge, and by the time this book comes out-and by the way, this is my sixth book-I will be sixty-eight years of age. Maybe those of you who have read my other books will know me, but for those who haven't, let me tell you a little about myself. I was educated in the early fifties and attended school when I could, and I did miss two years of my education with a badly fractured foot. Thereby, I did not know how to spell or put a sentence together, and believe it or not, I still can't do it. If you give me a piece of paper and told me what to write down, when looking at it, you would think it was done by a child. (Thank God for computers and spell check.) I have written over twenty odd stories and even been told that some are really good and that I come straight to the point when writing-what a compliment. Anyway, never mind me blowing my own trumpet. You might enjoy my other books-and might I say, with plenty of spelling mistakes and grammar-but do enjoy the stories. Biker Bo Leader of the Pack is a book of short stories of bikers in the sixties with rockers and mods and over seven short stories. Book two is Vision of the Future. It is another fiction book with Titanic and Concorde pilots being pulled off Concorde and helping the Greek god Cronus drive Cyclopes back into the underworld and many other science fiction stories. Book three is Why Me. It has two stories, the first being of what happened to myself when my wife contracted breast cancer and the outcome. It is a very touching true story. The other story is about a young man who becomes a top comedian, with over three hundred jokes within the story. Book four is Vision of the Future. It is a book with more short stories and, again, a story about the same two Concorde pilots, but this time on the Titanic ship in 1912. Book five is Around Robin. This book is very erotic and, might I say, very rude, and it is about a long-haul coach driver and the sex antics he gets up to with passengers and guests at the hotels he stops at. Well, that is enough of me, and I do hope you enjoyed the book, and let's hope the Lord God lets me carry on writing more stories before I kick the bucket. Love you all and God bless, and thanks for reading my novel. Yours, John Bolstridge
