Tolly Kizilos holds advanced degrees from M.I.T. and the University of Iowa. Before his retirement, he was a director of Organization Development in a large corporation. Now he is an adjunct professor of management at the University of St. Thomas, in Minneapolis, and devotes the rest of his energies to consulting, writing, and occasional lecturing on Orthodox Christianity.
