He is currently involved in adapting his book, "The Trap Door," about a boy who travels back to Shakespeare's time, for a television series to be produced in the U.K.In the past, owned a famous nightclub on South Beach (The Warsaw Ballroom), published the longest-running paper on South Beach, "The Wire," and produced (for several years) a weekly TV show, "The Live Wire."Long a wine lover, he also produces a fine sparkling wine (from Napa) made by the "methode champenoise," as they do in France, and is working to bring his own Champagne from France into the U.S. market.Lives on Miami's South Beach and in London.
