Myriam Prati HHC, author of this book full of life, is a Nutrition Consultant and Holistic Health Counselor (HHC) by the National Holistic Health Association in USA and Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Yoga teacher, Raw Gourmet Chef and Certified Biomagnetism Practitioner.
