Autorenporträt
Chris Heath has been researching the local history of the Upper Dearne Valley for over thirty years. His previous books include the Denby & District series, the 'Ye Olde Townships' series and the History of the Denby Dale Pies. He has also featured in a number of local radio programmes including Curious & Curiouser for Radio Leeds and was a consultant for the Channel 4 programme The Great Northern Cookbook, presented by ex-Coronation Street actor, Sean Wilson in 2012. He was also the guest historian in a pie themed edition of the The Great British Bake Off, with Sue Perkins in 2015.
