When man violated God's commandment by eating the forbidden fruit, the divine abilities and the spiritual potential he possessed at the point of creation were destroyed. Thus, the genuineness of man's heart was distorted and his absolute dependency on the Lord was abated. Although man was corrupted with sin, the unchangeable God does not change His eternal purpose for him. He therefore redeemed and reconciled him to Himself at the considerable price of the Lord Jesus Christ, that we who believe in Him will be justified to live in an absolute dependent manner, that which is holy and acceptable to God.

In this book, Sylvanus Godspower elaborated on six steps in becoming absolutely dependent on God in everything. He also pointed out the hidden truth regarding God's provision which will serve as the benchmark against which we can examine ourselves to certify if our living is up to standard.
