Eating healthy every day is not a diet that prevents us from eating; we can eat 5 to 6 times daily and have the perfect shape and health. Sometimes we think the fastest way to reach the desired weight is by implementing a diet with a drastic transition. However, the sad truth is that those people, unfortunately, will regain it within a few weeks or months. Nutrition goes beyond a healthy diet and exercise; we need to make small but essential changes, including how to chew on each meal and eat mindfully. Mindful eating focuses on your eating experiences at the present moment-body-related sensations, and thoughts and feelings about food, with heightened awareness and taking the right time while we chew our meal.
