Autorenporträt
Alan Williams is Manager of the Postgraduate Programme in Aviation Management in the School of Aviation at Massey University, New Zealand. He is also Visiting Fellow in Management Studies at Wolfson College, Cambridge University, Cambridge and Guest Professor at Aetna School of Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hong Kong. He has recently carried out contractual consulting work with a number of clients, most notably: The Southern Aviation Authority of Vietnam; Vietnam Airlines; Air New Zealand; Central New Zealand Regional Cargo Hub Survey; Royal New Zealand Air Force specialist manpower study; and Shanghai Jiao Tong University/China Eastern Training Needs Analysis.
