Born and raised on Chicago's south side, Jawad grew up the youngest of six children and developed a work ethic from his always-keeping-busy homemaker mother and every-single-day work-horse father. He studied chemistry in college and is proud to have completed the Chicago Marathon in 2013. He is also the proud uncle of a dozen nieces and nephews. Jawad also loves cooking and bikeriding and is a master ping pong champion.
