This factor will be on a level about 1.4 till the year 2050. If this level will be stable, Germans population decrease on an alarming level. There are different factors which affect the development of demography within Germany and the EU. The influencing factors are: increasing expectations of life, decreasing fertility rate, immigration and contraception. In addition to the above mentioned points, business structure and development will change extremely within the next years. Percentages between older people and younger people will be returned so that there will be a higher percentage of older people in Germany’s society. Market requirements will change, market potentials will decrease due to decreasing population figures. Investments will drop from current level to a lower level caused by over capacity. Concerning the finance of the annuity assurance and the compulsory health insurance it is absolutely necessary to strike a new path due to the population development. It is inescapable to attach more importance to individual responsibility than to the inter-generation contract. And ..........
