Valerie Nur, geb. Hänisch, ist Postdoktorandin an der Universität Bayreuth. Sie studierte Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie, Soziologie, Religionen und Geschichte Afrikas in Bayreuth, Basel, Aix-en-Provence und Berlin.
