Hi my name is John Quayle, I live in Fleetwood, UK., with my wonderful wife Sharon. I hated sports at school, was never any good at team sports. So I took my own path, started with martial arts, and then got into weight lifting. I have been practicing marital arts for over 30 years, and am a black belt in judo. I briefly tried my hand as a personal trainer, but that did not work out, so I took all the knowledge that I had gained being a personal trainer and put it into this book.
