Digger Doyle was eight when his father set off on a secret adventure but did not return. Autorenporträt

I started writing short adventure stories when I was eleven, and for some reason they always took place deep in the jungle. In high school, I wrote an essay on why I thought J.D. Salinger was overrated, and the teacher gave me an A. He also encouraged me to study English literature at a university, and so I did. After that, I moved to Japan, where I currently work as an editor of corporate social responsibility reports and write advertising copy. I've also written a number of books for Japanese English learners and a few articles on Japanese history and culture.
