Autorenporträt
As an occupational therapist and college professor Peter Talty has found ample opportunities to integrate his somewhat turbulent life into his practice and his teachings. His insights about himself and his often erratic personal and professional paths has meaningfulness far beyond occupational therapy. He earned his BS in Occupational Therapy and MS in Health Sciences at the University at Buffalo. His 45 years of OT practice has been integrated with his teaching at five colleges and universities, and he has received the Outstanding Teacher award for the School of Health Related Professions at the University at Buffalo, and the Professor of the Year award from Keuka College.
