This book was written to teach young children the awareness and exposure of different cultural backgrounds. I had a vision on how we can make culture part of education, and I've realized that each and every one of us is part of that vision. It is time to design and set a framework in which students can center their experiences and differences to explore, accept, and embrace who they are through stories. This book both teaches and allows students to make connections, relate, identify, and accept themselves and others.
