Autorenporträt
Rachel Colmer was born in Sheffield and spent her childhood in Yorkshire and Hertfordshire. Having originally trained as a nursery nurse, she worked in London and then emigrated to Canada where she worked as a nanny. After her return to the UK, she gained an MA (Ed) and became an adult educator and trainer. During this time she undertook counselling training and subsequently became a bereavement counsellor. She is a mother and grandmother and lives in East Anglia with her husband.
