The ministry is apostolic and organic in nature. He submits to the leadership and oversight of Gerda Strydom (Matheteuo Global Ministries) of ABC Ministries.

Herman has authored several books with a strong emphasis on the Apostolic Reformation and is serious in presenting a balanced and accurate presentation of what the Bible teaches concerning the topics that he presents in his books.

Herman oversees a network of pastors, leaders and ministries across the globe that walks in a covenantal relationship with him and his wife Renette.
