Corporate- and Quality-trained by Texas Instruments, a multiple Quality Award winning MNC. US-trained in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Chor Hoong has devoted herself to assisting industry in their quest for Service Excellence and Quality supremacy, over the past 3 decades. Founder of www.tqmconsultancy.com, Chor Hoong is a specialist in the application of Statistics in Manufacturing and R&D, and a strong advocate of Business Process Reengineering. Chor Hoongs strength lies in her skilful incorporation of various quality disciplines into her Reengineering training, making it a holistic approach for quality and productivity improvement. Married with 3 lovely children, she loves life and lives life richly. Outside of the training room and corporate meeting rooms, you can find Chor Hoong on a tennis court or on the dance floor! Writing is yet another of her favourite pastimes. A bilingual writer, she has published 3 books in 2 languages.
