Nkechinyere Agu is a thorough-bred Nursing professional and a Nephrology Specialist Nurse with over two decades of experience in general Nursing practice and 15 years consistent practice in Nephrology nursing. N-Kay as she is fondly called was formerly head of Nephrology nursing unit in Saint Nicholas Hospital, Lagos - Nigeria and later pioneer manager of the Nephrology Nursing department of Healing Stripes Hospital, Lagos - Nigeria. She is a New York State Board Certified RN who holds a professional diploma in Nephrology from the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Nigeria, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Education), from the University of Education, Winneba-Ghana; OTHM's Master's qualification in Health and Social Care Management from London College of Professional Studies, England; also, she has recently and successfully completed OTHM's doctoral program in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice at the same London College of Professional, England. N-Kay is a member of the American Nephrology Nurses' Association, and currently, she is the international consultant for DreamsAlive Health Consult - a leading recruitment/consulting advisory agency for African nurses interested in relocating to Australia, Canada and the United States. She is happily married to Dr. MarkAnthony Nze and their marriage is blessed with three sons at this time.
