Leticia S. Isidro-Clancy is a native of the Philippines who worked for the Department of Defense Army Substance Abuse Program and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist. Ms. Isidro-Clancy received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from New York University. She is a member of NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals; the New Jersey Association of A/D Counselors; and the European Branch of the American Counseling Association.
