Autorenporträt
Donal Skehan is a home cook, food writer and Television presenter. Donal's ethos on cooking is that all his recipes should be accessible, inspiring and encouraging for the everyday home cook. He has been cooking from the age of four when he flipped his first pancake and has been in the kitchen ever since!. Donal is also an accomplished food photographer and he photographs all his own food images for his blog and books. In 2007 Donal started his own food blog, where he writes about his food adventures and recipes. Sheila's blog, gimmetherecipe.com is widely read and she is the new name to watch in the foodie blogosphere. As there are 8 mouths to feed everyday she has to be practical in her approach to cooking and her philosophy is one of easy recipes for busy people. Rosanne Hewitt-Cromwell is an enthusiastic food blogger and home baker. At her happiest feeding people to the point of bursting, she spends most days in the kitchen baking and experimenting with recipes, tweaking flavours or improving old favourites. She has a passion for good food, quality ingredients and cooking, but baking has well and truly stolen her heart. Always keen to learn more she has an unhealthy obsession with cookbooks and cookery programmes. Her blog, likemamusedtobake.com, was a finalist in the 2011 and 2012 Irish Blog Awards. She lives with her chief taster - her husband Jay - in Dublin.
