Dr. Tatsuo Hatta is president of the Asia Growth Research Institute and director of Keizai Doyukai’s Policy Study and Analysis Center since April 2013. Dr. Hatta was president of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, and professor at the University of Tokyo, Osaka University, and Johns Hopkins University.
